We can provide the full range of architectural design services from an initial free consultation, measured house & site surveys, planning permission applications and building control approvals as well as liaising with other professional consultancy services, local authority planning departments, building control inspectors, contractors, designers and builders.

IGB Architectural Design are very experienced working with clients on projects located within historically sensitive conservation areas, National Parks and on complex Grade II, Grade II* and Grade I listed building projects which require ‘Listed Buildings Consent’ and collaborating with multiple conservation partners across the country.
IGB Architectural Design have completed multiple schemes within the education sector as well as projects for several ‘N.H.S Healthcare Trusts’ and private healthcare providers. This includes care-homes, refurbishments of patient wards, new maternity, A&E, radiography, outpatient and M.R.I departments and a new specialist heart centre.
